- Weight at birth 4 pounds 8 oz, born at 34 weeks gestation after a difficult birth including maternal hemorrhage. Apgars were 3/1 8/5 9/5
 

Ears

- Normal hearing

Eyes

- Poor eyesight

 

Mouth

- Retroganathia
- High arched palate
 

Teeth

- Missing adult teeth
 

Skin

- Single palmer creases

Hair

- Coarse hair that until recently was brittle and blonde. Is now darkening and is a little more plentiful and grows quicker. It is also somewhat softer but it still doesn't feel like hair.

Spine

- Scoliosis

Limb

- Foot abnormalities and hand abnormalities

- Joint contractures of the fingers, elbows, knees, ankles

 

Upper Limb

- Long tapering fingers
- Camptodactaly
 

Skeletal

 - Missing ribs

Respitory System

- Small thorax

Genitalia

- Hypoplastic genitalia

Muscle

- Weak muscles

- Distal muscle wasting

 

Neurological Functional

- Hypotonia from birth
- Neonatal seizures (currently seem normal)

 

Development

- Mental handicaps (currently about 2 years developmentally)
